MINUTES OF BOARD MEETINGS

The Board of Directors have regularly scheduled quarterly meetings for the purpose of voting on matters that may come before the board.

Special meetings of the Board of Directors for any purpose may be called at any time, at a time and place designated by the parties upon twenty-four hour notice to all Members by mail, telephone, or electronic mail.

The Board has the authority to create, adopt, enforce, and amend policies, procedures, rules, and regulations (“Rules and Regulations”) that it deems appropriate for the Association, following the guidelines in the Association Rules and Regulations, as appended to the Association Bylaws.

These meetings also include financial reports, ranch manager reports, updates on old business and any new business that may come before the board.
